When service is available, and a tap is made the customers will pay the minimum bill for 2 years. If default on contract; customer will be presented with the choice of paying off the two-year agreement or letting the meter reconnection revert to current tap fee cost. An agreement will be signed by the owner at this time verifying the options that was presented to them before disconnection.
If applicant does not meet the ownership policy requirements, then the owner of the property must provide necessary papers, sign contract with Utility and sign a notarized waiver allowing the applicant to place the meter on the property.
The cost is for the availability of water only. The meter will be placed at the edge of the property line. The customer will be responsible for connecting to the water line from the meter to the residence.

Cut off requests can be changed up to 24 hours to date of disconnect at no charge, after this time fees may appy.
